9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is entered into in the state of West Virginia and is written in accordance with the laws of West Virginia. Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts having jurisdiction in the County of Ohio located in the state of West Virginia, and waives any jurisdictional objections to such courts. The prevailing party will be entitled to cost and attorney fees associated with any action used to enforce this Agreement. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
10. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CRC Software Solutions, Inc and governs your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and CRC Software Solutions, Inc. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
