If you are not completely satisfied with PolymerLogix and you have not completed the PolymerLogix process within 7 days of the original date of subscription, you may request a refund by calling 1-866-313-3241 anytime during normal business hours (M-F 8AM-4PM). After the initial 7-day period, you are not eligible for a refund of any kind upon cancellation. If you cancel within the 7-day period, your access to the subscription will be terminated immediately. We do not provide partial (prorated) refunds. Training Seminar participates requesting a refund must cancel 48 hours prior to the start of their schedule dates. Training participates not able to complete the 2 day event will not be eligible for a refund.
